Arsenal are set to hold talks with former Paris Saint-Germain manager Unai Emery, according to reports. Mikel Arteta is clear favourite to replace Arsene Wenger with the 36-year-old holding positive talks with Arsenal’s hierarchy last week. But according to the Evening Standard, Emery is emerging as a late contender for the position and the Gunners are keen to hold talks. The report claims that the 46-year-old has arrived in London on Monday and discussions with Arsenal are due to take place. Emery guided PSG to a domestic treble this season but he opted to step down following a disappointing Champions League campaign in which his side crashed out to Real Madrid at the last-16 stage.
